When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone
Sometimes it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world. Maybe anxiety or stress is keeping you awake at night. Perhaps low mood or self-doubt is stopping you from enjoying the things you used to. Or you might be struggling with relationships, grief, or painful memories from the past.
Whatever brings you here, counselling can give you the space to breathe, reflect, and find a way forward.
I work with clients aged 13+. Those under 18 I have a rigorous contracting process and safe guarding protocols
Why people come to counselling with me
Many of my clients reach out when they’re experiencing some of the issues below :
- Feeling anxious or panicky – finding it hard to switch off
- Low mood or depression – weighed down by sadness or lack of motivation
- Stress & burnout – work pressures or life demands leaving them exhausted and on edge
- Low self-confidence – battling self-doubt or feeling “not good enough”
- Relationship difficulties – tension with a partner, family, or friendships
- Grief & loss – coping with bereavement or big life changes
- Past experiences or trauma – childhood or difficult events still affecting them today
Some may be experiencing difficulty with the Peri-menopause or Post - menopausal symptoms. Some a recent cancer or other health diagnosis
