Sometimes it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world. Maybe anxiety or stress is keeping you awake at night. Perhaps low mood or self-doubt is stopping you from enjoying the things you used to. Or you might be struggling with relationships, grief, or painful memories from the past.

While I have a special interest in supporting people through cancer, the menopause and public sector workers in the police, NHS, prisons and teaching, I work with anyone who wants to understand themselves better, ease distress, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
I work with clients aged 13+. Those under 18 I have a rigorous contracting process and safe guarding protocols

Some may be experiencing difficulty with the Peri-menopause or Post - menopausal symptoms. Some a recent cancer or other health diagnosis
